Ogilvie House is a multi-unit wood-framed housing project. Building components were manufactured off site and installed in Whitehorse, demonstrating how the same approach can support a larger development, not only an individual home.
How we can help

Design coordination
We review the design for fabrication, transport and installation, and prepare the digital models and shop information needed for production.
Off-site manufacturing
Wood-framed components are built in our Whitehorse facility using digital workflows, automated equipment and controlled shop production.
Delivery and installation
We plan the sequence, transport the completed components and install them on site.
Complete construction
Through NGC Builders, we can also coordinate foundations, utilities, finishing, site work, project management and general contracting.
