Do you build modular homes?
Yes! We currently offer the Tally-Ho modular unit. It is a complete turn key unit with R60 roof, R40 floor and R30 walls - adhering to the City of Whitehorse's green building standards. It also offers an optional arctic entry. You can find a rendering and floor plan on our webiste.
What is prefab construction?
Prefabricated construction means that structural components are built in a controlled facility before being delivered to site for assembly.
Do I need a permit for a shed?
Permit requirements depend on the size of the structure and the municipality or community where it will be located.
In Whitehorse, smaller accessory buildings may not require a permit, but larger structures often do.
We recommend checking local regulations before starting a project.
Can sheds be customized?
Yes. While we offer standard designs, sheds and small structures can be adapted in terms of size, layout, windows, doors, and finishes.
